4. Rentals (Ski, Snowboard, Bike & Other Equipment)
By renting equipment from Sporthaus, you agree to:
- Return all items on or before the due date
- Pay for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment
- Use equipment responsibly and in compliance with all safety guidelines
- Sign rental and liability waivers as required at pickup
Late fees may apply.
5. Services
For shop services (bike repairs, ski tuning, boot fitting, stringing, etc.):
- Service times are estimates, not guarantees
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
- You authorize our technicians to perform necessary work as described on your service ticket
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges according to our posted return policy.
Items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Receipt in hand or order under your name in our system
Certain items may be final sale.
7. Gift Certificates & Store Credit
Gift certificates and store credit:
- Are non-refundable
- Do not expire
- Cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by state law)
8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, images, text, and graphics—is owned by Sporthaus, Inc. and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sporthaus, Inc. is not liable for:
