BIKE SERVICES

Here at Sporthaus we are happy to offer you a full service bike shop to help keep you rolling. We will always provide you with a quote and how long it will take to get your bike rolling at the time of drop off.

Here is a basic description to give you an idea of what is included in our tunes and additional services. If you are having certain problems we can address those individually or go ahead and do a tune and address those problems with that. 

Basic Tune -$60 + Parts (Safety Check)

  • Flat tire repair - $19.95 + tubes (tubes are $10-$20 depending on if they are normal or thorn resistant)

  • Slime Front & Rear - $10 + cost of slime ($9.95)
  • Tubeless setup - $34.95 / wheel + parts if needed
  • Fork Service - $49.95+Parts
  • Shock Service - $49.95+Parts
  • Wheel True - starting at $25 (varies depending on severity)
  • Wheel Build - $124.95 / Wheel + Parts (Rims, Hubs, Spokes, Spoke Nipples)
    • If setting up tubeless add $14.95 / wheel
  • Brake Adjustments - $19.95 per brake
  • Brake Bleed - $34.95 for 1 or $59.95 for 2 
  • Shifting Adjustments - $19.95
  • Bike Build - $99.95
    • E-Bike $124.95 (please not direct to consumer e bikes maybe subject to more)
  • Shop Minimum Charge $19.95
  • Shop Labor Hourly Rate - $89.95 

Please note you may be charged an additional fee of $25 if you bring your bike in extremely dirty (lots of mud / dirt). We do pack bikes but only if you provide your own case. We no longer are packing up bikes in card-board bike boxes.

E-Bike Services - We can service all e-bike brands we carry. We also can service most other major manufacturing brands that we are not dealers for aside from motor / battery work. (Treck, Specialized, Santa Cruz etc.) We cannot guarantee access or service to other e-bike brands and you maybe denied service. Please call ahead if you have questions.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note - we are closed on Sunday and Monday so your order will not be shipped out until Tuesday morning. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

WE CAN'T SHIP LARGE / HEAVY ITEMS.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Yakima store location (4104 Summitview Ave, Yakima, WA 98908). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2  business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm on Tuesday thru Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at CAROLINE@SPORTHAUSUSA.COM with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on boots that have been heat molded. 

We do not accept returns on bicycles. 

Returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer unless extenuating circumstances exist. You can always contact us for any return question by calling the store at 509-966-6695 or email caroline@sporthaususa.com.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
