Season Rental

Are you tired of having to pick up and return equipment every time you hit the slopes? Season rentals may be the answer for you. 

Here at the Yakima Sporthaus, we provide ski and snowboard season rentals (Oct 1 through May 15). There are three different packages available. Junior Package, Basic Adult Ski/Snowboard Package, and Performance Ski Package. All packages are priced based on the equipment (i.e. junior season rentals are determined by equipment not age).   

For Skiers that means skis, boots, and poles. For Snowboards that means boots, boards, and bindings.

Pre-Season Junior Package - $179 (22/23 Ski package sold out)
Includes skis, boots and poles or board, boots and bindings. Jr skis & snowboards range from 76cm - 140cm in length.
Pre-Season Adult Package - $249
This includes Skis, Boots, and Poles or Snowboard, Boots, and Bindings.
Pre-Season Performance Package -$375
In-Season Junior Package - $199 (22/23 Ski package sold out)
Includes skis, boots and poles or board, boots and bindings. Jr skis & snowboards range from 76cm - 140cm in length.
In-Season Adult Package - $269
The earlier the better. Our season rental inventory is limited.

Rental process

Register

If you are skiing, snowboarding, or snowshoeing, we need to collect a bit of basic information.

Get Sized

First time you rent you'll need to get sized, then seasonally for growing kids.

Check Out

Once sized, our system will remember your information for the season.

Shred

Hit the hill and go shred!

Rentals are first come first served. WE DO NOT RESERVE RENTALS and are no longer offering the online registration option. Rental can be picked up after 1pm the day before you want to go.

Skis, snowboards, & snowshoes
Half off for each consecutive day

Adult Ski Package - $35.00
Adult Ski Package includes skis, boots, and poles. Perfect for the first-timer or anyone learning to ski.
Junior Ski Package - $28.00
This package includes skis, boots, poles(optional). Jr classification is determined by individual's measurements not age.
Performance Ski Package - $45.00
For renters who know how to ski and are looking for a ski with a little more stability and personality. Also comes with performance ski boot.
Poles (Only) - $6.00
Whether you forgot your poles, or out grew your own we've got you covered.
Snowshoe Package - $20.00
If you're an avid hiker and you've never tried snowshoeing, you are missing out. There are a variety of trails in and around Yakima. Package comes with trekking poles.
Adult Snowboard Package - $35.00
This package includes snowboard, boots, and bindings.
Junior Snowboard Package - $28.00
This package includes snowboard, boots, and bindings. Junior classification is determined by individual's measurements not age.
Snowboard Boots (only) - $15.00
If you forgot your boots or if your current boots just aren't working.
Crampons - $15.00/day or $20.00 for the Weekend
Ice Axe - $15.00/day or $20.00 for the weekend

Picking skis can be difficult, so why not try before you buy? We have most of our retail offering represented in our demo fleet!

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Yakima store location (4104 Summitview Ave, Yakima, WA 98908). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2  business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm on Tuesday thru Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at MATT@SPORTHAUSUSA.COM with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer unless extenuating circumstances exist. You can always contact us for any return question by calling the store at 509-966-6695 or email matt@sporthaususa.com.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
